Our stick-glued cutting boards are made of selected oak or ash wood. The glue we use is high-quality waterproof glue and is food safe. By gluing the cutting board into sticks, it gets good shape stability. It is treated with two oils. One deep-acting and one to become water-repellent and get a nice surface.
